Boston's Attractions
One of Boston’s true tourist treasures, Fenway Park is the oldest baseball stadium in the USA. Try to see a Red Sox game if you can find tickets, and if you can’t, the stadium tour is worth the visit. As one of only 10 cities in America to have a professional sports team in all five major leagues, sports fans have had much to cheer about over the years. The Sox, Bruins (hockey), Celtics (basketball), Revolution (soccer), and Patriots (football) have all won championships. If you are in Bostin in April, try to see the Boston Marathon – the world’s oldest.
Boston sports fans love a post-game drink, and you can join them at the Bull and Finch, the bar that inspired the hit comedy program Cheers, or on a tour of the Samuel Adams brewery – the pride of Massachusetts. If you’re in town for St. Patrick’s Day, head to South Boston for one of the nation’s largest celebrations. No tour of Boston is complete without seeing the Freedom Trail. The 2.5 kilometer trail connects some of the most important historical sites, including America’s oldest park in the Boston Common, the bustling 18th Century Market at Faneuil Hall, and American Patriot Paul Revere’s house.
Client Feedback
Seminar: Sales Training, August 1-2, 2012
"I enjoyed the role playing most because it provided the opportunity to immediately put what we had just learned into practice. I also enjoyed the ability to switch partners in role plays, and especially the complex 2 on 2 simulations."
Sofia Teixeira, Head of Diversity & Inclusion, John Hancock
Boston, Massachusetts 02110
"The class was well worth the time and cost. I came away learning a more about myself (strengths and weaknesses), new ways of thinking about my negotiation counterpart, and tools to use for future negotiations. Abundant class time was dedicated to role playing to practice the concepts taught, which was a great way for class participants to learn from each other. I’ve recommended this class to my peers in the local procurement community."
